6. How can you ever lead effectively if you don’t have the knack for getting things done? The potency of this is magnified exponentially if it’s needs oriented.

7. The mere use of rhetoric is not sufficient! It’s only important when it yields important and leads to results. You should be the kind of leader who always yearns for better!
